Life during quarantine was tough, and making the adjustment from ordinary life to staying at home was something many people found challenging. But, while life during quarantine may have been hard, after spending so much time at home and battling loneliness, many people are now struggling to return to reality. After so much change and uncertainty in the past couple of years, it is little wonder many people are finding it hard to slip straight back into everyday life. But, while self-isolation and staying at home may have been challenging, it did provide plenty of time to reassess your priorities and think. Learn to Prioritise Self-Care
One thing many people struggle with is learning to take the best care of themselves. People often find it easy to put the needs of others before their own and neglect themselves.
