Style & Fashion: Christmas outfit ideas and style inspiration

I thought I'd stick to a little style-y related post because I haven't done one of these in a while. Most of my posts seem to be me debating some kind of issue or another. Anyway, I thought I'd change it up a bit. You know, Christmas day is upon us so I thought I'd give you a few ideas of things you could wear on Christmas day, by Rosa Fairfield, that's me.

Nothing
Nope, I'm not telling you to parade around in front of your family in the nude, unless that's what your family do of course. Each to their own. Nope, I mean, when is there a better day to just lounge around in your PJs? You could even put on some cute Christmas-y ones and top the look off with a Christmas hat. Also, you'll have lots of room for your Christmas dinner and it won't matter if you drop it down you.

Sparkly outfit
A full on glitter dress, jumpsuit... pants etc. You can be a fabulous sparkly star in the sky. I always think Christmas is what you make of it. You could be super serious trying to plan the perfect diner party or you could have some fun and stick on a sparkly dress. If full sparkle isn't for you, you could just wear something with a hint of glitter.

A full-on costume
Talking about fun, you could wear a full dress-up costume. There's the traditional route of being Santa or an elf. You could go a little outside the box too. One year I dressed up as a Christmas meal. I looked good enough to eat ;) Just kidding. But anyway, yeah, it's easy to get a good costume with the whole internet thing... or if you want a fun crafting activity, you could make your own costume.

Black-tie Christmas
On the opposite end of the spectrum, it might be cool to have a super glamorous formal wear Christmas party. This works well, if you have a big, beautiful home... that's like a charming southern mansion or something. Plus, it's a great photo opportunity ;) Sorry, I'm winking a lot today... not literally because I can't wink in real life.

Comfy and cosy
Chestnuts roasting on an open fire and all that. When I think of Christmas, I think of people wrapped up in soft sweaters, with snuggly socks... and wooly hats? Okay, maybe it's a little bit strange to wear a hat indoors. I do, do that sometimes though, when it gets really cold. Rosa doesn't like the cold. Also, there's people roasting marshmallows in this fantasy.

Thanks so much for reading this post, hopefully I gave you some ideas. These posts seem to get weirder and weirder. When I first started blogging, they were super normal and professional... now I just write down whatever weird thought enters my head.

I wish you all Merry Christmas. Thanks for reading. What are you planning to wear this Christmas? ... comment bellow.
